External Description:

For a large financial services client, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager to contribute to projects involving Fannie Mae’s journey to the Cloud data infrastructure including organizing, tracking, documenting, and publishing results to customers and leadership. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project and customer support for critical projects to our journey to the cloud. 
  • Use of Project Management tools and standard Project Management documentation
  • Communication to varying levels of leadership within the organization

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work within quick deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate deadlines between business and technical customers
  • Experience managing projects of varying sizes and criticality
  • Experience using Project Management tools and resources
  • Experience managing project through the Project Management Life Cycle
  • Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle and managing releases using Agile methodologies
  • Ability to identify and articulate business impacts for ongoing projects
  • Ability to coordinate with business and technical customers to satisfy project needs
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other project planning tools
  • Release Planning and Management tools

DESIRED EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree with a technical focus
  • Mortgage Industry or other related experience
  • Background in Technical Project Management
